ABOUT ME
I am a graduate of Bastyr University with my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and an active Naturopathic physician licensed in Washington state. Additionally, I am board-certified through the American Nutrition Association as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine as a Health Practitioner (ABAAHP).
For more than a decade, I have held the positions of researcher, lecturer, and health consultant, in which my core responsibilities involved nutrition and lifestyle medicine consultations, initiating and guiding research agendas, as well as teaching nutrition and health-related curriculum.
In addition to my clinical and academic experience, I had earned the Higher-Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard’s Bok Center for Teaching & Learning, which covered curriculum development and evidence-based strategies for effective adult learning and student engagement. My teaching experience includes the creation, development, and instruction of numerous comprehensive courses and short lectures in topics pertaining to medicine, health, and nutrition.
